There are also places now like Cafepress.com where you don't even have to pay any costs up front. You wouldn't be able to take it and send copies to Not Lame and places like that unless you pressed up a bunch (more expensive than going to someone like diskfactory) But what you do is give them the music and the artwork and then I think they set a $5 cost for each CD. Like everything they sell there on cafepress, whatever you sell the item for ABOVE their cost is yours to keep, and it's pretty much a CD pressing on demand. MP3.com used to do something similar.
