My band and I recorded an album late last year...after
shopping it around for a while, we could get no action
from any of the indie labels we were interested in, so
we looked into putting it out ourselves....well that
costs a lot of money and none of us can afford to do
that, so we are giving it away!

I'm giving the fine folks on the Audities List first
crack at it....there are 13 tracks, 7 or which are on
the site at 320kbps. I'll rotate the others on later.
The CD artwork is also available to download. It is
also on Kazaa (the tunes only)...whenever my computer
is on...

The cost to you? Nothing, but an email if you dig it
would be nice! I'm not sure about the bandwidth etc,
so am not sure how long they'll be available....they
may go up and down....

Some of the well known folks from this list who have
heard the CD (I won't name them without their
permission....maybe they were just being nice!) have
made comparisons to The Zombies, Left Banke, Jayhawks,
The Rubinoos, Paul Collin's Beat,Badfinger, and of
course The Beatles...in other words, the usual power
pop suspects.

If you just want a taste, try "The World Revolves
Around Her". This one has received a few spins on
"Snap Crackle Pop with Craig Leve", as did the track
"Too Late" (thanks Craig).

Anyway....the band is called Rich Brown and the
Hipwaders. The CD is titled "Your Mama Also Makes It
Fine".
