I've always really dug his country & western stuff a lot. There is an amazing Rhino 4 cd set of his country albums which I treasure. A few years ago he played here in New Haven, Ct for free on the green as part of the summer jazz fest. I will never forget hearing a sweet, sad, slowed down version of "Georgia On My Mind" played under the stars on that hot august night. Puns galore here huh? Let's leave Neil Diamond out of this! MB
