Sorry for the really slow reply here, I've been away for the last few weeks,
and my inbox is overflowing.  Coincidentally, the reason I've been away is
we were finishing up our new album at Robbie's (as in Rist, claro) new
studio in LA.  I realize that I'm biased, since Robbie has been an official
Mocker for several years now, but that guy sure knows how to get them
sounds.  Kids: keep The Boathouse in mind for your next event!  Anyway, the
album is being mixed right now, and along with the three songs we did with
Mitch Easter last October, we hope to have something released in the fall.
Likely title:  The Lonesome Death of Electric Campfire.

We also just finished a video for the first single, "The Emperor Strikes
Out."  I think politically minded Auditeers may guess what we're talking
about.  We pressed up a limited edition DVD of the song, and if anyone wants
a copy (especially you press/radio/tv types), e-mail me, we're more or less
giving them away at our cost.

We're also completely re-doing our website (this week, I think, grmfff),
with lotsa new stuff, including a small avi. of the video for download.
Keep checking, it should be up soon...grmff(H).

So, yeah, we've been pretty busy.  And I think we'll be doing a festival
show in NY this August, plus another Spanish tour.  More details as they
become available. ;)
