For those waiting for info regarding the new Tears For Fears album, the word
is that they have extricated themselves and the album from Arista, and
although unconfirmed as yet they are signing with Universal, and "Everybody
Loves A Happy Ending" will be released in September.  Nick D'Virgilio
(drummer for Spock's Beard, Mike Keneally Band, Kevin Gilbert, & The
Rubinoos) has reported that he has been re-recruited for the drum throne for
the upcoming tour.  The first single will be "Call Me Mellow" (a far better
selection than the previous "Closest Thing To Heaven") which simply screams
XTC to these ears.
