Iron Man is a fabulously overlooked album. I'd have to say the same for the version of Psychoderelict (music only version). I think people just got fed up with another Townshend concept and didn't give either much notice. There is very little by Pete that I don't listen to. You can probably still get the Lifehouse box from Eelpie.com. Those demos are amazing. I'd had bootlegs and tapes of most all of it but these are stunning. Maybe it's just one of those albums that I played so much when I worked at the record store that it's less that it's a great album than it is that it's simply a FAMILIAR album...but whatever the case, tracks like "Over the Top," "Dig," "A Friend Is A Friend," and particularly "I Eat Heavy Metal" still hold up for me... -- Ronald Sanchez Director Of A&R Career Records www.CareerRecords.com The Donovan's Brain Web Site www.Donovans-Brain.com
