shit, even "Wonderful Christmas Time" 
was neat in its day

Ugh. Having to listen to that execrable song over and over again in
restaurants, department stores, etc., every December has made me realize
that it's the aural equivalent of the ancient Christmas fruitcake that gets
passed around from one relative to the next every year.

Of all the many insipid songs Macca's ever recorded, "Wonderful Christmas
Time" is the insipididdliest.

(Sorry, went a little Ned Flanders there.)
