Howdy, since i haven't seen anything posted on this list about the shows, I thought i'd let y'all know about the NRBQ 35th anniversary shows this weekend in Northampton, Massachusetts. They were incredible and were recorded for DVD release. Hopefully, they will include everything from both nights. We got almost 70 different songs over the two nights. Original members Steve Ferguson(gtr), Tom Staley(drums), Frank Gadler(vocals) also Al Anderson(gtr), lots of the Whole Wheat Horns and members of Sun Ra's Arkestra, and assorted others contributed. apologies for the length but this is a power-pop list and i would put the Q in the upper echelon of poptastic groups.
