dear music experts:

i have this lyric rattling around in my head and i'm positive it's a lyric
snippet from a song from the 70s or 80s, possibly a boston-based band. it's
something like "i've got / nothing to do / but sit around and get hung up on
you." (i think it's hung up, anyway. it's *something* "on you.")

can anyone tell me what song & artist this was? it's making me CRAZY and my
friends think i'm making it up.
