I always wanted to see a 'Boyz 'n' Tha Hood' styled version of the Ian 
Fleming romp "Chitty Chitty Bang Bang"...call it:

"Chitty Chitty Bling Bling"

Samuel L. Jackson plays Carracitus Potts the looney inventor in South 
Central who's always bringing home bits and pieces of old scavenged auto 
wrecks. He builds the perfect, gold Cadillac El Dorado and embarks on a
