This was a "rock n roll" list, right? That should eliminate Marley straight away. Ramones over Sex Pistols for a more lasting, popular influence. Spots #8-10 are nods to Prog, Punk and Jam, though there were some elements of those sub-genres of rock in some of the other bands.
