I noticed that glitch too but I couldnt find another copy of "How Dare You" so I kept it. Later I found the song on a Spectrum (Polygram UK budget label) compilation called "Food for Thought" that doesnt have that problem. Mercury remastered some of the 10CC catalog a few years ago with bonus tracks, I never bought them but I wonder if there was some noticeable sound improvements. I also have the original (german made) CD of "Bloody Tourists" from the 80's - never noticed any speed problems, but the remasterers used noise reduction to lower hiss and you can hear a faint "breathing" on softer parts. Billy >Be careful about picking up "How Dare You" on CD - the U.S. issue has a >digital stutter on the song "Don't Hang Up" (for those familiar with the >song, it's during Godley's plaintive "surprise, surprise - there's a hell of >a well in your eyes"). I'd fork out the bucks for either the remastered >English or Japanese release, although I don't know if either are any more >glitch-free. > >Also, beware of the remaster with bonus tracks version of "Bloody Tourists" >which has some serious pitch flaws in the tapes it was mastered from.
