Jeff, I really wanted to like this CD. Been a MC fan since that first classic album hit my ears. I don't mind the middle age sappy ballads, cause I thought his last effort #447 had a lot of those, but it still had a certain something that i don't hear on the new one. I just had the new one on the other night, trying to give it another listen and found nothing that stuck in my head, no melodies lingering.
