Scott, as one who got that you were just joking, I am sure Mike was just tired and somewhat overwhelmed by his efforts to tally all of the year end votes and did not mean any harm towards you - and hey he is a lawyer and us lawyer types can go on and on, aided by our minor talents to be able to create ever more precise rules or to distinguish any two or more events or statements :).  Any worthwhile collective effort is, I am sure, appreciated.
