Urge Overkill -- when it comes to live performance, I've always thought of them as Urge Overrated. Though I thought they made some fine records, particularly SATURATION and a couple of their Touch & Go releases, they were a pretty poor live act, sloppy as all get out. I saw them a few times with bands like Jesus Lizard and Didjits, whose incredible performances made UO's look even sadder. The one thing I would like to know is if this is the true Urge lineup with Blackie, Nash and King Roeser, or if it's just Nash trotting out a new version...still, 45 minutes of The Shazam is worth a full price ticket in my book.
