Including a bonus disc with the INITIAL pressings is nothing new and rewards the die-hard fans of the artist who will rush out and buy the material immediately. Releasing a single album and THEN releasing an appended package (like The Thorns) is just flipping the bird to the core audience. So I guess the moral here is that the major labels want me to wait just to make certain they're done screwing around? Not very bright. And they wonder why people download music... b, struggling with #s 11-20 on his 2003 best-of (in a good way)
