what about the Vinyl Kings?  the CD that I have indicates a 2002
release, but my (admittedly faulty) memory indicates that this was
actually finally found and widely distributed early 2003.

I didn't see it on last year's list anywhere, and I'd think that it
would be. I remember that opinion was divided, but enough people liked
it that I would expect to find it on a year's end list.

also, was King Radio's Not Lame release considered an EP? I don't have
it at my desk right now, but it had quite a few tracks (and I believe a
running time longer than Mark Bacino's album - one of my current
front-runners!)
