I could swear that I bought my copy in a bricks-and-mortar store last year (instead of directly from  NotLame), and I wouldn't have been a person that would have gotten a press advance.  So it had some 2002 distribution.

Plus, as Mike just said, it made the Audities 2002 Top Twenty, so it's out regardless.
