The whole release date thing is tricky -- often discs are available via mail 
order (or promos are sent out), but it hasn't actually been sent to the 
stores, which I think is the case with the Kelly disc.  I would say that if 
Kelly isn't officially releasing it until next year, it isn't eligible this 
year.
