"Maybe This Christmas" should be pretty widely available. It's on the Nettwork label, and I've seen it around a lot of places, often prominently displayed. "It's a Cool, Cool Christmas" is not so easy, unfortunately. I don't recall where I got it (maybe Virgin Megastore here in NYC), but it's a Brit import, so on Amazon, for instance, it's fetching a good $45. It's definitely very cool, but not $45 cool.
