I just got the new Owsley this afternoon.  A bit of a departure from his
first album, as it's less bouncy and definitely more "mature" sounding.
Sort of somewhere between power pop and David Mead.  The songs are for the
most part excellent, and should end up in my top 20 or 30 of 2003.

Walter's new CD is the best one he's done yet!
