Remind me again -- is this US release date of 2003, or anywhere?  I
realize that if I pick something released in Germany only in 2003, it
won't get enough votes to make it to the overall best-of list, but is it
within the rules?

and we are playing by the accepted rules of "best-of" lists and NOT
using collections, right?
