"Can't go too wrong with the Undertones"? Have you HEARD Feargal Sharkey's vocals? Sorry, but as big a fan as I am of the 'Tones, this is not an act I'd introduce on the first date.....anymore than I'd stick "May The Road Rise With You" by P.I.L. or a number of catchy Jah Wobble offerings. As pop as they might be, these "singers" are an acquired taste. And if she's into the Green Days, Rancids, and Blink 182's -- which are all *Americanized* pop punk -- going back to the British source material might be a deterent, not a lure. Or I could be completely wrong and she might very get a buzz off the exotic flavour of the British accents....I know I was when I was a teen. How about Suicide or the Port Dukes a la Mike Bennett's hard-line approach? :-) Jaimie Vernon, Bullseye _________________________________________________________________ Add photos to your messages with MSN 8.
