It's much less surprising now to hear "A Town Called Malice" on piped-in music than it was a few years ago: it was used prominently in the film BILLY ELLIOT, as well as the trailer and the commercials, which undoubtedly is why it was on the programmers' radar. They were probably serviced with a copy of the soundtrack. S
