Just as I thought... still wet behind the ears good work catching up and playing "spot the 'influence'". yeah, I think Neu was on Eno's list too.... I was pretty fond of that first Stackridge at the time. I'm surprised how many other's cite them as a favorite. I liked Hawkwind, but they were so Damn Loud at the Berkeley Comm Theater on the 1999 Party tour with Man. When I saw them the next year at Reading it was a lot of bo diddley'ing while Stacia did the bump and grind with another buxom woman. The band was pissed off too.
