As most of you are aware, Pete Best is making the rounds promoting his book on his days with the Beatles. He appeared on the National Public Radio show "Fresh Air" yesterday and it's a pretty good interview. My impression from listening to the interview is that he seems to be a decent, down-to-earth guy. He doesn't appear to be bitter at all over being booted out of the band. But I think the case could be made that he did get a bit of a raw deal. The interview has been archived if you care to listen.
