A couple of my favorites were left out: "Big" Al Anderson - the complete package; an absolutely amazing player, a great vocalist and songwriter. Marshall Crenshaw - somewhere around 1991's "Life's Too Short" he turned himself into a heck of a player (he was no slouch to begin with). His latest album is full of tasty (if mellow) playing, and he gets a great sound. Nils Lofgren - his solos on "Youngstown" and "Worlds Apart" on the last couple of Springsteen tours were vivid reminders of how good he is. He's also written a few good songs along the way... Brian
