I spoke to the head of Rhino Handmade in April 2002 and they had, at that point, zero interest in re-issuing the two Rhinoceros albums and told me to approach them again when I wanted to do so....then they disappeared. If Collector's Choice has the rights, then they WILL release the stuff. I'd be interested to see whether the Kensington Market material also ended up in their possession....McKie's album would NOT be in their sights as that record is owned by True North here in Canada (affiliated label of Universal Music). And then there's the Wackers.....God, can't ONE label just get it right and release the material before the tapes and the audience is gone?
