I received quite a bit of offlist email in regards to my post.
I honestly was only trying to find out if any other people had run into the
same situation -not to gather an indictment.
I will say that it was more than a fair deal when Gerard offered the cds for
sale to the list for 5.00  ppd for full cds and 2.00 for singles but it left
a bad taste in my mouth when the prices kept going up after I showed
interest in some of them.
I will never deal with him again after that.
Fortunately it does not look as if anyone else was involved in the price
hike situation.
Sorry for any trouble the identity speculation has caused anyone.
