The Bleu song was a Bleu/Ducky Carlisle/Peter Moore cowrite and featured Ami & Yumi on background vocals. The Puffy tune is a Sturmer cowrite featuring Bleu on 12-string guitar. No relation other than the name being the same. The multimedia content is fun - nice to see and hear a live band playing this stuff. Don't forget the additional track not on the Japanese version of the disc: the theme from "Teen Titans" on Cartoon Network. Appropriately retro and cool.
