to answer to JK about Cotton Mather, for their french promo tour, the 
labelSpirit of Jungle (defunct now) did a sampler cd with Kontiki and bonus tracks : 
private ruth (acoustic) spin my wheels (electric) password (work demo) lily 
dreams on (alternative version) little star.
Only a pic disc cd without sleeve. I think the number of copies is about 100 
or so.
