They've got a pretty nice selection of collector's vinyl and a whole floor upstairs devoted to 99 cent racks. Their CD selection is decent, and you can find a gem or two in their 99 cent CD racks. All in all, it's not a *great* shop for collectors, but then most record stores aren't anymore as eBay has pretty much cornered the market on the really good stuff. Many of the other reigning vinyl shops in L.A., like Rockaway and Aron's, have been severly depleted due to people choosing to sell their choice items on eBay rather than to a record shop. Amoeba is really the only place where you still have a chance to make a really good score, as they do have some pretty obscure stuff in their racks. -- Pop Rules!!!!! Take Care, David
