I've been trying to buy MC's "Ten of Swords" but it seems to be out of stock 
everywhere. The only sources I've found were via Gemm.com and the costs were 
simply unreasonable (e.g., $12.71 shipping charge to the US from one 
distributor). Does anyone have any ideas where to buy the CD?
