You can generally find wine crates similar to this at your local craft 
depo. I got some from Michael's here in Atlanta. I've seen them at a 
place called Hobby Lobby as well. I don't know if you have either of 
those stores near you, but you likely have something similar. The crates 
of course will not be made specifically for 45's, but you can generally 
find one that is a close fit. I got a couple of the larger ones for 
storing my Edison Diamond Discs and 78's which were a perfect fit. If 
you can't find a slightly smaller one, you could easily line them in 
some sort of foam or cloth.
