Just saw a letter on the Owsley list from Mr. Owsley himself.  He has 
managed to break away from WB (got free were his words.)  Better still he 
got his album to come with him.  He is currently finishing up the last few 
tracks.  After that he said he might shop it to another label or he may go 
indie.

Either way he said look for his new one around October.

Thought you all would like to know AND it segues nicely with the current 
list discussion.
