Guess the fire laws aren't enforced. I've seen this overcrowded-capacity
in SF too. Slims is notorious - it takes a good 10 minutes to empty the
club after a show and that's when exiting patrons are motivated. I'm 
nervous in those crowds and generally hang near exits. They (club mgmt
and fire/govt officals) *never* learn by fatal mistakes...
