Thanks again, friends, for the Solomon Burke show recommendation. The show
was a celebration of soul, rock, R&B, you name it. My goodness, is he a
big guy... but his heart is even bigger.
Barry White's spirit was present during the night, with his music on the
PA before and after the show and Solomon also dedicated the show to him.
13 musicians backing him on stage (even a blonde harpist and a blind pianist,
all in black tuxedos and one in a red one!). He spent the show giving out
roses to everybody and invited 15 audience girls & boys to join him on stage
and dance to Proud Mary. But most importantly, what a voice! Definitely
not to be missed!
