Herder's "Van Halen"; The Clash does a backhanded swipe at The Fab Four in 
"London Calling" ['....phony Beatlemania has bitten the dust..."]; Barenaked 
Ladies' "Be My Yoko Ono"; and Pink Floyd mentions Jimi in "One Of My Turns" 
['...Jimi Hendrix perm...'].

Then there's the litigious back stabbing between acts:

Skynyrd being slagged by Neil Young in "Southern Man" following their 
absolutely redneck anthem "Simple Man"...only to respond in kind with "Sweet 
Home Alabama"....and name check Neil in the song.

Or the infamous Lennon-kicking-McCartney classic "How Can You 
Sleep?"....with Paul's response being "Too Many People". Only to recant 
years later with "Dear Friend".

Of course, it's impossible to count all the Yoko songs Lennon wrote....
