Duh, thanks Greg & Ben for correcting my mistake. I knew in my heart it
was Quick Joey Small even though my brain refused to admit it. A local
band from high school (The Other Side - Raleigh 68-70) performed a 
rousing dead nuts on rendition.

As pennance I tracked down the David Geddes tune, and have it on repeat.
God, this was a hit !? Thankfully I quit listening to AM radio by 1975.
