Then don't go, or convince the club owner it's in his best economic interest
to have non-smoking shows.
I'm tired of going to a nice restaurant and sitting next to a screaming
infant. Should I ask the state to prohibit children in restaurants?

Why let the state make those decisions?
They run your life anyway, I suppose.
