I'm sure that there is a minorty group of NARAS memebers who take some time to evaluate what they listened to during the eligibilty time.   However, I think most of those members just pick up the billboard mag and say..."oh, yeah..I heard that song, it's good.  I'll vote for that one"

I know this radio promo guy who was making up his top 20 list last year, and he was having a hell of a time with putting his list together.   He calls me up and says..."what came out this year?"   It made me laugh.
