By now this is old news, but it's fun to note that a few weeks ago Brad Jones joined Jules Shear onstage in NYC fof Jules' show @ The Village Undergound.  Brad played bass for a few tunes, and sounded good!  Jules, of course, was great. I've got a cat named after Jules, named after the musician many years ago circa the "Watchdog" album.  My other cats are Alex (Alex Chilton), Frances (Black Francis of Pixies), and Baby Judy (the dBs b-side "Judy"). Anyone else admit to naming pets after musicians, etc.??? NP: new Mathew Sweet
