I would definitely recommend (among other things on Luke's list) the CDs by The Men and by Ola Framby.  Framby is the former main man of the great early '90s band The Girls.  The Men is not unlike the CD by the band fronted by Chris von Sneidern, The Sportsmen, and Ola's CD is very reminiscent of The Girls work.  Great stuff!
