No Apple for Apple?

Apple Computer has just introduced iTunes4, which includes on-line 
purchasing/download of music.  Seems like single songs are $.99 each. Gee, 
just like 45s when I was a kid. Wait, where's the B-side and picture 
sleeve?  How can I hug a download?

So, aimlessly browsing, I searched for 'Beatles', and the only listing was 
for "The Beatles with Tony Sheridan"

I wonder if Apple Records old lawsuit with Apple Computer was still in 
effect, or maybe bad blood or ???

Seems kind of humorous, somehow.
