A poll was recenlty done asking people if a celebrity's politics
infleunces you. With much relief I heard the numbers were high in the
"no" category. The scary part are those few percentages who say yes.

So sadly, some people DO give a f*** what a Dixie Chick thinks about
politics.
I guess they think it's easier than thinking for themselves. At least
others, whether one agrees or disagrees, want to show that they are
thinking fore themselves by dumping/burning their Dixie Chicks CDs.
A bunch of ding a longs did it with the Beatles LPs in '66 and had every
right to do so just as I have a right to think they were dingalings.
