I missed "Every Breath..." but saw "Roxanne". Every time I hear "Roxanne" in the past few months (which is about every other week, thanks to VH1 Classics), I think, 'What dopey fucking lyrics! Did Sting write them when he was 12?' Of course, I'm record as thinking that The Police were a nice band, but nothing that special (artistically) in the scheme of things.
