I actually saw the Fred Flinstone episode with "The
Godfather" ending and could not stop laughing.  I was
wondering how many of these episodes were made.  I've
only just seen the show a few weeks ago and instead of
The Cartoon Network where I know "Adult Swim" airs on
regular basis, it was being broadcast on TNT late
Sunday night.  Very funny stuff...
