And THIS is the real problem resulting from these extended, back-and-forth
ad hominem attacks -- it chases people away from the list or makes them feel
unwelcome.  Lurk not, Steven!  I have no idea what your role in this whole
Eb thing was (I skipped all those messages after day two) but I DO know that
I've read many of your posts with interest over the months you've been
around. This list needs MORE voices, not fewer.
