I think Dale hit on the key point here -- no one should be discouraged from 
stating a negative opinion here.  But if you are going to do so, a bit of 
reasoning would be helpful.  Saying something sucks or is derivative or 
cookie-cutter isn't quite enough.  And the more negative the opinion, the 
better for the poster to 'splain a little.
