The grammar also tipped me off right away, but the kicker was that it was
not an eBay domain.  interpool.us?  Hmmm....  Definately not eBay.  It
would something.eBay.com or www.ebay.com/something, but certainly not
ebay.something.us.

Also, if you look at the information that this person is asking for, eBay
never asked for things like PIN number on the ATM!
